Sample QualCheck Report
At QualCheck Home Inspections we are proud to provide you with the highest quality reporting system available.
Our reports are web-based, which means that following the inspection, the completed report is published to its own unique URL (web page), usually later the same day. A link to the report is sent to the client and (where appropriate) the client's real estate agent. Simply click on the link to access the report, which can then be downloaded, saved, and/or printed. (Confidentiality is protected; the report cannot be accessed by search engines or random web surfers) If desired, the link can be forwarded to other parties such as the seller, the listing agent, attorney, or lending institution.
The QualCheck report is comprehensive, easy to read, and comes with helpful explanations and pictures. Also included is a Summary Report, which is an additional listing of any deficiencies found, with recommendations. You can then use the Summary Report as a basis to request repairs.
