QualCheck Policies

The QualCheck Home Inspection Report will be a totally impartial review of the condition of the home. My obligation is to the client contracting the inspection, and I act in the client’s interest only. When completed, copies of the report are provided only to the client and the client’s real estate agent (if appropriate). The inspection findings are not discussed with other parties, including the seller, except in the event that safety issues are discovered, in which case the inspector is required by law to inform all parties involved.

Pricing

QualCheck Home Inspection fees are in line with industry standards and are based upon the square footage of the residence to be inspected. Home Inspection is not an area in which you should skimp or be looking for a cut-price deal, because discounts can only be offered by cutting corners. Standards

As a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) my inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Professional Practice and the Rules of Professional Conduct as specified by the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR), ASHI, and NACHI. I am licenced by the State of Arizona and bonded. QualCheck Home Inspections LLC is registered with the State of Arizona.
