A professional QualCheck home inspection benefits all parties. If you are a buyer, you can be confident in moving ahead with the purchase and feel secure in your investment. If you are a seller, an inspection will give you the knowledge needed to correct any problems, and be sure the home will sell for the best possible price.

Buyer’s Inspection

Having a QualCheck inspection conducted before completion of the purchase transaction will make you aware of any hidden defects and safety issues. You can then either request that the seller remedy the problems or seek to renegotiate the terms of the sale.

Seller’s Inspection

Having a QualCheck inspection before listing your home for sale will alert you to any problem areas that would arise during a buyer's inspection. This will enable you to complete any necessary repairs and maintenance in advance, helping to promote a smoother and speedier selling process.

New Home Warranty Inspection

It can be very beneficial to have a QualCheck inspection on your new home a month or two before the expiration of the builder’s home warranty (usually 12 or 24 months). Any conditions or concerns revealed by the inspection will most likely be covered by the warranty, thus enabling you to request remedial action at little or no cost.

Maintenance Inspection

All homes need maintenance, and, from time to time, routine repairs. If you have lived in your home for several years a QualCheck home inspection may uncover conditions that could lead to future problems of which you were unaware. Taking recommended maintenance steps may help ward off expensive repairs, and give you the satisfaction of knowing that your home has a clean bill of health.
